Shipping & Cancellation

Shipping

Aplito takes special care with packaging and shipping. Apart from a smooth shopping experience, we strive to deliver your products in excellent condition.

  • Serviceable area: We ship across India.

  • Standard dispatch: Most orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Made-to-order / select items: Some products may take 10–15 days to dispatch. This will be mentioned on the product page, and such orders may require additional time for delivery.

  • Need it by a date? Email hello@aplito.in or call +91 8130533373 before ordering to confirm timelines.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be shared once your order ships.

  • Shipping fees: Any shipping/handling charges shown at checkout are non-refundable (see Cancellations/Returns).

Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: If you cancel before the goods leave our warehouse, you’re entitled to a full refund of the product value (shipping charges, if any, are refunded only if the shipment has not been booked).

  • After dispatch: Once products have left the warehouse, you may raise a return/exchange request after delivery (see Returns & Exchanges below).

Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchange/credit note: Products can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value. If you choose to delay your purchase, we’ll issue a credit note for the same amount, valid for 6 months.

  • Charges: The original delivery charge is non-refundable and, in case of cancellation/return, the return pickup or re-delivery charge (if applicable) will be borne by you.

  • Exceptions: If there is a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos— we’ll arrange a replacement or refund of the advance/shipping where applicable.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Razorpay Magic Checkout)

We offer Partial COD via Razorpay Magic Checkout, where you pay a non-refundable advance at checkout and the balance in cash/card at delivery.

  • If the order is not accepted: If you refuse delivery, are unavailable, or the shipment becomes undeliverable due to incorrect/incomplete address or unreachable contact, the order will be marked RTO (return to origin) and the Partial COD advance is forfeited. It will not be refunded.

  • If Aplito cancels or there is an Aplito error: If we are unable to fulfill your order, or if there is a verified defect/wrong item on delivery and you choose not to replace, we will refund the Partial COD advance to your original payment method.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule delivery, please coordinate with the courier upon receiving their attempt notification. Failure to respond may result in RTO and forfeiture of the Partial COD advance.
