Refund policy

At Aplito, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. Below are the terms of our return, refund, and exchange policy:

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur under unavoidable circumstances, such as:
  • Insufficient stock
  • Quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards
Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

Exchange and Credit Note

After receiving the product, you have 7 days to decide. If you’re still unhappy with your purchase, we will work to find a solution:
  • Exchange: Products can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value.
  • Credit Note: If you wish to delay your purchase, a credit note of the same amount (excluding shipping costs) will be issued. This credit note will be valid for 6 months.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Discounted items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

To ensure a seamless return or exchange process, the following conditions must be met:
  1. The product should be unused and in a clean, hygienic, and unstained condition.
  2. Tags and labels should be intact.

Return Process

  1. Reverse Pickup:
    • Our delivery partner will pick up the product from you within 3-4 business days.
    • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, please send the package to the following address:

  2. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made after you provide your bank details.
    • The refund value will only include the product cost and not the shipping costs.
    • Refunds will only be initiated after the product is received at our warehouse, quality checks are completed, and the item is found to be satisfactory.

Product Quality Disclaimer

At Aplito, we take pride in providing high-quality products. However, we would like to highlight the following:
  1. Natural Variations: Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are subject to natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
  2. Color Accuracy:
    • Actual product color may vary from the images shown.
    • Variations can occur due to differences in monitor/mobile display capabilities and lighting conditions during photography.
    • Aplito cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen accurately portrays the product's true color.
