Refund policy

At Aplito, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. Below are the terms of our return, refund, and exchange policy:

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur under unavoidable circumstances, such as:
  • Insufficient stock
  • Quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards
Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

Exchange and Credit Note

  • Exchange/credit note: Products can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value WITHIN 7 days of recieving the product. If you choose to delay your purchase, we’ll issue a credit note for the same amount, valid for 6 months.

  • Charges: The original delivery charge is non-refundable, and, in case of cancellation/return, the return pickup or re-delivery charge (if applicable) will be borne by you.

  • Exceptions: If there is a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos—we'll arrange a replacement or refund of the advance/shipping where applicable.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Discounted items: Cannot be exchanged.

Conditions for Exchange

To ensure a seamless exchange process, the following conditions must be met:
  1. The product should be unused and in a clean, hygienic, and unstained condition.
  2. Tags and labels should be intact.

  1. Reverse Pickup:
    • Our delivery partner will pick up the product from you within 3-4 business days.
    • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, please send the package to the following address:

Product Quality Disclaimer

At Aplito, we take pride in providing high-quality products. However, we would like to highlight the following:
  1. Natural Variations: Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are subject to natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
  2. Color Accuracy:
    • Actual product color may vary from the images shown.
    • Variations can occur due to differences in monitor/mobile display capabilities and lighting conditions during photography.
    • Aplito cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen accurately portrays the product's true color.
